Webuser Forums: No access to Instant site -123 Reg

Anyone else having problems with 123 Reg?
Registered with them in dec 07 because of the g8 advert in webuser.
no problems with them until early March 07.

No access to my instant site.
Emailed support, got a reply on the 4 March 07 saying:

"unfortunately we are currently experiencing a few problems with the
instant site server and a number of customers are experiencing a few
issues.
We are looking into this as a matter of urgency and will be looking to
resume the service as soon as possible.

Once again apologies for any inconvenience casued.

Weeks later the problem has STILL not been resolved.
Emailed again last night and got a read receipt today saying:

"Your message

To: 123-Reg - New
Subject: Re: 123-reg Fault Report > No Access to my domain
Sent: Mon, 19 Mar 2007 22:06:28 -0000

was deleted without being read on Tue, 20 Mar 2007 21:18:03 -0000"

Deleted without being READ - now that's great customer support, isnt it?

Tried the tech helpline and it just rang out.......

ANY ADVICE ON MY NEXT STEPS?
Any other people having this problem with 123 Reg?

I have paid for a service that I am not receiving.
