Belkin f5d7230-4 Port Forwarding FTP Server

I have a cable modem and a Belkin f5d7230-4. I am trying to setup an FTP access to one of my notebook and it's IP address is 192.168.2.4. I had tried using the virtual server option and added the 'FTP Server' and used Private IP address 192.168.2.4 and port 21. I also using Serv-U, but I can't figure out how to set it up. My Netgear at work is very easy to setup because it had an easy-to-find option of "adding service" and choose FTP and that's it. For belkin f5d7230-4, it is really confusing. What do I need to do to make this work using this router? thanks.

I had tried to setup my system like this. and just recently put a static IP address instead of DHCP. I'll try it and see what happens. Thanks.
