I often look at a particular site at work but whenever I try to use it at home it never works. can anyone help me ?

Hi the site I am having problems with is http:www.britneynieuws.com.
I have never had any problems accessing any other sites.

I've checked out the URL "http:www.britneynieuws.com" and it's a Britney Spears fan site, not a porn site.
I've looked through a few different pages there and can find nothing out of order. Obviously this loaded perfectly well for me and my computer hasn't downloaded anything nasty.
I think the problem that robertlondon is experiencing might be down to a hosts file.
To eliminate any other possibility can you Please go to this site, and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip it, launch Hijack This, then press Scan, and press Save Log
This will generate a text file that will list all running processes, all applications that are loaded automatically when you start Windows, and more.
Open that file
Go to Edit | Select all
Now click Edit | copy to copy it
Come back to Webuser, right click and paste its contents here.

I never actually went to the site clive, i used gurunet on the web address that he posted and that was what it suggested.

if he uses the address www.britneyspears.nu it takes him to the proper site.
www.britneyspears.nu just click on ENGLISH.

The address http://www.britneynieuws.com takes you to the same place as yours, so we know he is using a valid URL.
