UK Hosting: Dataflame or 1&1?

Just wondering which I should go for really. Any experiences with either?

I've no experience of either of those 2

Aventure are ok and support is fast, I'm currently with them.

I've previously used eukhost they were very reliable and support are quick to respond. Not the quickest servers (not the slowest either).

For very fast servers try Newnet I've not used them, but am tempted to in the future.

I've been with 1&1 for five years. No complaints yet.

My site is hosted by 1&1 and I am very happy with it. Ive had no problems with site not showing etc. I would happily recommened them.
