Recording programmes on to dvd-rw to watch on PC
      #336046 - Sun Mar 04 2007 02:08 PM

Hi,
I have a Panasonic DVD recorder and want to record programmes onto dvd-rw so that I can watch them on my PC at a later date, after recording the programme I am offered the chance to finalise the disc, which because it is rw I turn down, but then it wont play on the PC. If I was to accept the finalising, would that programme stay on the disc, or could I wipe it off. Any ideas, I know I could try it, but it seems a waste of a disc.

If you don't finalise the disc it won't play.
you should be able to record over it once you have watched it.
