Please excuse my lack of basic knowledge, but I would appreciate a bit of help on this one. I have had no problems with WMV/Quicktime etc in the past, but recently when I have tried to download video files in either mpeg/avi format the following happens:- I click on the "Download" button and the screen goes blank. An hourglass appears next to my cursor and the taskbar states that the file is being downloaded. After some time, the hourglass disappears and a small symbol appears in the top left hand corner of the screen. It is square and comprises a small red square, above a green circle above a blue triangle. Either left or right clicking on this symbol has no effect. If anyone could tell me what is causing this problem, I would be most obliged.
