Unknown Plugin for Windows Media Player in Firefox
      #332937 - Sat Feb 17 2007 09:00 AM

Have any of you heard of this plugin for Windows Media Player 11 as shown in my link?

web page

I'm trying to view the bbc sites videos, the videos play fine in IE 7 but not in Firefox.

I thought this codec pack might solve as I thought it may have something to do with Vista but nope.

Fixed!

It's not a plugin problem at all, but a couple of missing .dll files.

You need to insert two files into your FireFox "plugins" folder in Programmes Files > Mozilla Firefox > Plugins. They are: npdsplay.dll and npwmsdrm.dll. They can be found by a quick google and copy and pasted into your plugins folder.

Thought I'd put this up so if anyone else had the same problem heres the fix.
