I'm looking for software (preferably free  ) to recover a video,if possible, on a nokia 6230 which i sent in to be repaired and which was subsquently wiped, the video in question was on the phone memory and not the memory card.The phone is connected to my PC via bluetooth

If the phone was sent to a repair store and was wiped, its likely that you certainly won't get the video back. It's likely that they have 'flashed' the phone with updated software as well.
Next time, store things on the memory card and dont forget to make regular backups!
