Webuser Forums: Help with downloading tracks with WMP

Well, I'm having problems downloading music on windows media player via their online store. I can get as far as clicking to buy the music, and in the media bar bit, nothing happens, the download bit of the media bar stays blank. If I sample a track and it gets put into the playlist area of the media bar, and I click to buy it and confirm, and leave my cursor over the button after confirmation, it says adding to download list, and then added, to download list. However nothing happens to the download list area of the media bar.

Now I was wondering if anyone could help, it's the first time its happened and I've looked all over their supposed help and support sections to find nothing of use. So I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before or if anyone can help me with it.
