Dreamweaver draw a box!

Hi all...

well my first site is going well...i have a design etc..

i would like to create a box! how can i do this. I have used layers and need one of my layers to have a border in it...just a thin black line.

any ideas?

ooo i done it just added the border: 1px solid; to the layer code.
