PC Spec for video editing (novice)
      #330329 - Sat Feb 03 2007 08:12 PM

Hi,

I'm buying a new PC with video editing holiday footage from my Canon MV750i. I want to get a decent enough spec & just getting confused. Has anybody been through this & can recommend what I need.

How fast a processor
2GB RAM?
at least 300HDD (seperated)
What else should i be looking out for.

Like I say, only holiday footage but would like it to be fast enough not to get frustrating. Thinking of spending about £750 on something I can just turn on as soon as I get home without having to install stuff myself.

Any help appreciated?

Neil
