Had a comp crash, then when reloading my software, Win DVD would not load. I contacted Pinnacle But they said I neede to contact win dvd.Win DVD came on Pinnacles Instant Cd/DVD that was supplied by Mesh. I had to go into win dvd folder with explorer and run set up from there, but it came back with the error message.
This is not a qualified machine
So I cannot now play DVDs, can any one help please...??????
