rotate video file

I have some short video clips that I took using my digi camera but used the camera on its side when filming so the video does not display the right way up.

Is there anyway I can rotate the image 90 degrees similar to the way you can to photographs?

Exactly what I was wondering last night when I put my holiday videos on YouTube.

A quick search on Google brings up:

I haven't tried any of these suggestions yet, but they sound promising.
