The problem is that win xp taskbar hangs after system boots up and it is not possible to click any icon on taskbar or the start menu however desktop icons can be accessed. Taskbar is stuck for about 2 to 3 minutes and after that everything works fine. I have cleaned all malware and spyware with assisstance from Highjackthis forum, but problem is still there... help needed
Follow the advice given via the useful graphical explanations, and determine if your problem can be eased by stopping un-needed Services or Startup items.
If you are still having problems, it's possible it could be a malware/spyware problem and a visit to the HijackThis forum is advisable.
