Yes I use Skype but as this part of the forum is about mobile phones is that what you will be using to access Skype?

OK so let's get some more info. Do you have a Broadband connection? Do you have a microphone input socket on your PC? Do you have any friends already using Skype?

hi
ok ive got a laptop,headphones with a mic fitted on it,have broadband with tesco.i have just a normal home phone(not answer phone).
i work that is needed for this is im a market researcher and need to record the conversations i make,what is the best way?

Sorry, that's where my help grinds to a halt. Whoever pays you to do this market research (cold calling I presume) had better tell you what is required and how to install it. This forum is for personal users.

Because you are going to use it for a work related project this forum does not help for business use
