I don't know why because I'm not getting the error message when I try the site. I can access all of it.
When I do as it suggests there is no Directory Security tab as shown below. Anybody ?
RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, do the following:
Open the properties of the Default Web Site and choose Directory Security. Click the Edit button for Authentication. Click the Edit button for Anonymous and edit the account listed to read "Domain-name\Anonymous." Disable Password Synchronization. Manually shut down the MMC to ensure proper writing to the metabase. Go to a command prompt and issue "net stop iisadmin /y." At the command prompt, issue "net start w3svc." Restart the computer.

Snap I get the same error message this morning. Yes what I couldn't understand. In reply to:
Open the properties of the Default Web Site and choose Directory Security.
I went to properties tab and there was nowhere to go to. ??????

The Microsoft page is a red herring. Look down the bottom of the page and you will see this :-
The information in this article applies to: Microsoft Internet Information Server 4.0
It is for Administrators who have direct control over servers.
I am currently listening live to Planet Rock so there is nothing wrong with their server. There are 2 places on the site that allow you to listen live. The one at the bottom left that says 'or click here to listen on line' is using a Java script to stream the station so it may be you need to re-load Java from the Sun site. The one at the bottom of the page that says 'Problems connecting to our web stream? Try this' takes you to a different web site and streams a .asx file which opens in WMP9 on my PC. Check which player you have set as default for playing .asx files.

I've just trued Planet Rock for the first time. Downloaded and played ok through its own player but sound is very "echoey". Tried it through WMP also and that's same. Is this quality normal? I'm using new speakers and sound through them on other radio stations, WMP and MusicMatch is superb.
The thirst for knowledge is sometimes sweeter than a pint of Stella - now using XP

I haven't got a high powered setup so it's difficult to say whether it's good or bad. It doesn't sound too echoey but it is R&R so I suppose a lot of the music comes that way anyway.
