I've got a Samsung E350 and I'm trying to put songs onto it via Samsung Easy Studio. Problem is, it's not recognising the phone when it's connected to the PC via usb. The message "new hardware found" doesn't appear when the phone is connected. Any ideas?
when you open easy studio don't you get to see on the top row of options either Manage Files or Explore Files (don't remember the exact phrase as it's not installed on this pc but on my other)
then you simply navigate to the fie you want on the bottom file structure (your PC) and copy the music file to the top file structure (your phone)
that's how my Samsung D600 works anyway

I have the samsung D600 and it won,t load WMA files to my phone i called them and they said you can,t load windows media audio files to your phone only if u do it while playing a CD on you PC i even tried a programme to convert WMA TO MP3 but that did't work either.
