I have just changed my power supply (old one definitely broken) and now no power to most of my system. CPU fan is turning but no output to monitor and system does not sound like it is booting up and I have checked that there is power from all of the power supply leads. No Num Lock or Caps Lock lights on keyboard and USB posts do not provide power either. There was no power to the entire system for approx 7 days. Any suggestions or help????

Welcome to the forum Are you sure your mobo is working? Why did your old one break, did it just wear out or did it blow? The_DADDY

G'day simonthewelsh.
Yep welcome to the forum. A friend had the same situation a few months back, CPU fan working and nothing else. Just replaced the MoBo and CPU. Found out later it was the MoBo that had expired.

Couldn't tell if MoBo is working or not, now got a CPU that is working and power to the USB ports. No video out and the system isn't booting up. Guessing the suggestions of the board the broke are the best uggestions - time to go shopping. Thanks
