I have an old version of windows XP which does not have SP2 on it. Every time I have to reinstall windows for some reason or another, I have to go through the prosess of downloading SP2 and all the updates that I have required over time. Is there a way to save these up-dated and SP2 to another disc so that I can just copy them back into the system when re-installing instead of the drawn out prosess of downloading them all again.
When you download the file, simply burn it to a disc, preferably a re-writable disc, that way when new updates are released you can also save those to disc too.
Click on the link that Fusion pasted and look for SP2 multi machines and click on that link and you will be able to download SP2 to HDD and then install it. WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU - Size of file is about 272Mb.
