Laptop Ram Problem

i want to get some more ram for my dell inspiron 1300 laptop from crucial.com and it tells me i already have PC-4300 (266MHz)inside.
on the website it only sells PC-4200.
why arnt there any 4300, and would 4200 be ok/better?
