Have recently bought a laptop and have set up an account for each family member on my account i can connect to the internet and browse no problem but on the other accounts it just hangs and says connecting but nothing happens.i can go back to my account and connect no problem.Any ideas ? Cheers WW.
Just check if the internet connection is setup for "me" only, in the internet login screen. If it is, then select "all users of this computer". Otherwise you will have to set up the connection for each individual separately.
You might not using login screen, so let me ask you the simple question: How do you connect to the internet? How did you set up your (Admin, power user, user) account?
I log on to the internet using an icon on my desktop,set up accounts the normal way i would guess through control panel,user accounts and all are set as computer administrators.Cheers WW.
