Can anyone help solve this problem I have windows xp and now when go to print an e. mail or anything from the internet keep getting message res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg I have reinstalled printer but no luck, have run reg scan programs and show all of of errors but have to buy as they only fix so many, trying to avoid paying for something that will not correct error any help much appreciated

If you are you are using Outlook Express , and , you do not have SurFairy installed try this :
Close Outlook Express and all open programmes then ,
Click start
Click run
Type the following command ( or copy and paste it ) in the open box and click OK
Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

HI Thanks for getting back
the 2nd post was to try to give a better discription wasnt trying to confuse you all  tried all suggstions so far with no luck
