I have a TV Card in my pc to use to record tv...however the pictures i get are not too clear. I have a good BB1 and S4C (Welsh channel) but the BBC2 and especially ITV are reallt back. I have tried to fine tune and cannot get anything better.
I have a perfect picture on my normal tv and the arial on the roof for the pc and then move it back to the tv when i need to.
Any ideas? or is this all i can hope for with windows tv?
Ooo my computer runs...winxp with ms updates...P4 CPU 3.00GHz...2.99GHz..1.00GB RAM..Service Pack 2.
