www.jocknroll.co.uk - reviewed this week on page 71

Many thanks for reviewing our website. Your comments/criticisms were very constructive and we have taken them on board. Thanks too for the compliment about the "delightful style" of the written work.

The one bit I didn't understand, however, was the bit about the left navigation bar. You said that "it would benefit from a rollover effect to make things clearer". Can someone explain this to me? Also, can this be arranged through Microsoft Publisher 2003, which is what the site was put together on?

Cheers for now

All the header images doesn't seem to load for me. Looks like a good website with content though.

Hi TGG,

It's all a learning curve for us. We've come to realise that it doesn't show up well on many browsers bt the general feedback has been good.

A good friend has re-done the site for us but it's now about learning how to get the new site up in place of the old one. Every day's a school day!

Happy New Year

Several images are not loading.

I assume the big image on the left is some kind of image map used for navigation because I can't see it. Clicking on it's quite good fun though, I never know which page is going to pop up next.

Good luck with the new site.

All the best - Duncan

Our website at www.jocknroll.co.uk has been completely revamped using Dreamweaver. (Microsoft Publisher! What was I thinking? )

Many thanks to all those who offered advice, especially our friend Al, Alan from the Dreamweaver Forum and The Fat Controller from here.

The new and very much improved Jock 'n' Roll website has been open for business for a few weeks now and opinions are sought on how it is working.

Managed to revamp the site using Dreamweaver and we're pretty chuffed with it.

Cheers
