Web Easy Pro 5..any good?

Has anyone had any experience from the VCOM Web Easy Pro software featured in Web User? It looks just like what I need! I bought Namo Web Editor a while ago and wanted to use frames but couldn't really master it. I just wanted to hear of anyone's views on Web Easy before I go buying it, the few reviews on Amazon certainly recommend it.
