I have started work on my new website. I have scrapped the old one and will delete the maxpages one soon but here is the new one.
NO pop ups
NO sound Wavs.
It is poetry but would like all feedback:

I really like your new site; I liked the old one, but this is much better. It looks good, the links all work and it loads fast, even for me on dial-up. I'm not always a poetry fan, but I like this. Sorry, I'm not being very constructive, I just like it!

You're welcome. Some of those poems touched me a lot, they're straight from the heart. I like the Heavy Metal one too, it's the music I listen to more than any other sort. It helps me to deal with of all sorts of bad feelings. I've got your site in my bookmarks now.

That's a few years ago; Iron Maiden are the best band on the planet as far as I'm concerned. By the way, I thought your wedding cake was a real work of art, amazing!

You were very unlucky there. The site loads very quickly for me even though I'm on dial-up.

I must admit, I am baffled by this.
So far, I have accest the site from 3 different PC's and they all loaded up very quickly and people that have emailed me say the same as madeline, that the pages load up very fast which was 1 of the things people liked.
The pages SHOULD load up very fast as I kept pop ups off and images were down to an extreme minimal (if any at all)
so I can't understand why it timed out for you

Hi Baz,
Your site came up instantly on the new IE7 in fact everything is quicker than FF2.
Anyway great site uncluttered with lots of content,well done.

Just done some updating on my site. Would appreciate any more feedback.
Have added an events bit. Not finished yet, only done the "London" bit but would like to know any more opinions?
