Can you please confirm the spelling of the manufacturers name? I can find no digital camera retailer selling cameras with that name.

The only site I can find with that name is a Japanese switch gear manufacturer. Where did you buy your camera? Perhaps we can track something down from the retailers site. Are there any other company names either on the camera or the paper work?

Difficult question; this is what I have come up with :- There is a reference to "Nikkai Mini Camera ".. search engines say at KelKoo. Nothing at Kelkoo however. Nikkai also make TV's, Tv controls, and millions of switchgear parts.
The site Greysts mentions is www.nikkai.co.jp/ , but nothing there about cameras. Other names are Nihom Kaiheiki ( Nikkai.NKK).
Your best bet may be to phone this place..... Nikkai Imports Ltd, Regents Park House, 45 Byron Street, Leeds LS2 7QJ.....Tel. 01532 441640.
There are two other Nikkai outlets in Braintree, but the Leeds one may be best.
What's the problem anyway?, there are bound to be guys here willing to help.

The code 01532 doesn't exist!....0113 now replaces that "very old one!. . . . . unfortunately the number is none existent!
