Just got my new PC up and runnig. Everything is fine with the exception of being only able to open e-mail with JPG attachments in Microsoft Outlook (not express) by first saving the attachment and then opening. Other attachments are opening fine pdf, word, etc etc
Any ideas????

Yes the probability is that your Outlook Temp folder is full.
Once upon a time it required a registry edit, but not any more. Thanks to This site , there is a tool to fix it for you. It's freeware but does require .net2
Download and install the OutlookTools Program. run it
On the General Tab, click the Clear Folder button in the Outlook uses the following temporary folder
Now click the Blocked files tab , and put a check mark in jpg, gif and bmp. (I only know of one virus that can attack an image file and all AV programs can detect it so there is no need to worry)
Click Save,
You may have to reboot your computer
