I receive several faxes a day from different offices. One of my offices just got a new all in one fax/scanner/printer. Now, when they try to fax me something, it takes forever and by forever I mean probably 5 full minutes to send one page. I can fax to them and it goes like normal - within just a few seconds. But, for some reason, when they fax to me it takes a very long time. They can fax other offices and things send normally, too. It's just from them to me when we have trouble. Anybody have any ideas why and what, if anything, we can do about it?
