There are three (screen names) users on my pc. All can access the Internet via AOL8. Upgrading to AOL9 means only the one user with a 'computer administrator account can now access the Internet. The other two accounts are 'limited accounts'and can’t get on line. If they go via AOL8 all is fine.
Surly I don’t have to give all users administrator accounts to get on line - never used to on AOL8

IMHO AOL is the most sucky ISP in the world bar none. You could try asking them for tech support but I'm pretty sure that's a premium rate number... ouch! Sorry I'm not being helpful but the only experience I've had with AOL is on friends computers as I'd rather install a virus on mine than their software.
