I cannot seem to delete about 30 temporary internet files. Most I see are from a Gamesville site which until recently I was able to play games on. Lately, I've had problems with playing and the speed of some games. Could there be a connection?
How can I get these files deleted? It won't allow me to copy and paste the websites or names to this email.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try booting in Safe Mode then deleting them.

Try deleting them from windows SafeMode?
Failing that, download CCleaner and use that to remove temporary files from your PC without hassle.
