im so confused rite now, ive got a problem burning with my new packard bell laptop, i know nowt about computer stats but was informed that burning is really easy. when i try to rip and burn with dvd shrink or nero, its rips fine but aborts burning immediately, is this a hardware error or a software error? please help

Is it a DVD-CDRW combo drive?
