Joined 2 years ago, Few faults, always corrected. Always "obliging".
I may pay a little more (£3), but I think it's worth it. I can't fault them (but that's only my opinion.....)

tell them you want to cancel and you may get it even cheaper, I did and saved £8 per month

I did the same thing a while ago. At the time I was paying £25 a month. I phoned them and told them that I didn't understand why they were charging me that when I could get for £14.99 from the likes of Tiscali. They dropped the price to £17.99 per month. I think it is time I had another go. Except this time it will be, "I don't understand why you are charging me £17.99 per month when I can get it for free"".
Mind you, as the first poster mentioned, they do have a very good service and I would never actually want to leave and take one of the free broadband options. Still worth a go to get the price down a bit.
