My website is only new and it is going through changes still, i made it and uploaded it about a month ago.
it is all about Chelsea FC, it has news and loads of other stuff, it also has a forum, but it is very bare, i need more people to join up.

I think it is a good start. I watched a couple of Chelsea matches earlier this year, but there aren't many football matches on regular tv here in the states (at least not from abroad.) I don't have much advice on how to get members for forums. I am going through the same start-up issue myself with my movie, tv, entertainment forum. I may put a section in where members can announce their sites as kind of a link exchange to hopefully add traffic. Cheers and good luck with the site.
