I have never ever come accross a company like Bulldog Broadband before. They blank you at every turn.I have had their complaints dept phone playing me music for hours and hours over the past week. When you get to someone they say they will ring back.Never do.They cannot seem to receive faxes addressed to an individual. They cannot communicate via e mail without their order numbers. (If you havent placed an order you dont have one) Supervisors refuse to talk to you. They fail IMHO98% of the time.I dont know how they can carry on.I am amazed that Cable and Wireless are involved with them.I am now faced with the prospect of having a new phone line being put in by BT at £124 so I can start afresh. Do you think I could recover this cost via the small claims court?

You do not give enough relevant information to be able to give an opinion as to whether or not you have any course for redress.
If you have ordered a service with them, and they have failed to provide it in time, you could be entitled to some kind of relief via the courts. If you already have a service with them, and are simply unhappy with it (even if your unhappiness is justified), then you do not provide enough information to give any opinion.
