I tried to log into the Tesco mobile site after I had received a temporary password and reminder of my username that they said I had incorrectly put in,yeah right, but with the username (same one I had tried before and they said was wrong, but now wasn't) and temporary password they sent after the first attempt it said I had made 3 unsuccessful attempts to login . I use the site to top up the mobile as by leaving card details I get 10% off any amount I top up.I tried to make a new account but couldn't 
The customer service have no Idea they just keep sending emails asking for details before sending another temp password that gets the same result 3 unsuccessful attempts after the first try
