Are your temperatures OK?
Does the system restart after these crashes or just hang?

The system totally reboots with no problems i was thinking heat as we have had it in abundance latley but the temps seem the same as my old system i know the amd chips seem to run a lot hotter than the intel ones but its never caused any problems before

Try to get it to give you stop codes, rather than rebooting.
Right-click My Computer > Properties > Advanced tab.
Click the Setting sbutton underneath Startup and recovery.
Remove the tick next to Automatically restart, underneath System Failure.
Next time it crahses you should see a blue screen.
The most important part is the stop 0X000000 something code.

How did I know it was going to be the 8E one?
This may take some time to get to the bottom of, or you may crack it first time if you're lucky
Have a look here for some help with stop codes.
Certainly seems hardware related. Do yu get the other bit, such as "KERNEL_INPAGE_FAULT" or something relating to USB near the top of the page?

Oh dear sounds like a few night of gaming are gonna be lost here
All i managed to get was the stop codes if "when" it crashes tonight ill have a look to see if there is more infomation on the blue screen, As a secondary mesure i have ordered a better heatsink and fan for the prosessor its a Freezer Pro 64 i think its a Amd approved cooler that and a dollop of thermal paste should dismiss the heat factor also the desk fan has migrated to underneath the desk for the moment just to get a bit more air lets see if we can get rid of the heat factor.

It is going to be a process of eliminating the various pieces of hardware. Temperature of the processor is a good place to start. Another to try that is relatively simple is to take out a stick of RAM (assuming you have more than 1) and use it as normal. If it still crashes the same, you know that stick is OK. Then swap it with the other and do the same.

Sounds like a driver issue to me.
Firstly make sure that your graphics card has the most up to date drivers, then check the rest of the system.
Would be worth going to Windows Update and then seeing what driver updates it offers you. But, I would advise getting the actual updated drivers from the manufacturers web site rather than Microsoft.

First thing i did was update all drivers and bios windows update is fully up to date aswell.
Last night i put the desk fan underneath and took the side panel off, didnt have a crash all night so it looks like its the heat!! The new cooler i ordered arrived but it is on the large side so i have ordered a new system case so there is more air flow thats the problem with performance parts they seem to be larger and the case i have at the moment i think is a bit cramped looking at it so i have ordered a P180 Antec case lets hope this sorts the problems out.
