Recently the motherboard blew on my computer and since it has been repaired I am having problems with WINDOWS XP SERVICE 2 as I am unable to upload images on ebay. The image shows on the monitor but when I click to continue for the upload the image disappears and a message shows telling me to enter a valid picture! I would be grateful for some advise please. Thank you

You've posted the same query on 4 different forums. Here, Computer components and accessories, eBay help and Web browser software! This isn't necessary; if your post is in the wrong forum, a moderator will move it. Also, it's a bit confusing when people see the same thing several times, especially if they've already replied to it! I hope you get an answer to your question, but I don't know what it is as I don't use eBay. Madeline.

Hi Madeline, Thank you for your reply. I am sorry I did not mean to confuse anyone it's just that I'm new to this site and also because I don't know myself what is causing the problem I put it on different forums! I understand what you are saying though Jean

I've not done this either, but doesn't ebay request images to only be in a certain format? eg jpeg?

OK OK I can't go any faster! aaaaaaaaaaaagh!

Don't worry Jean, you weren't to know. I hope you find a solution to your problem. Madeline.
