Anyone help us out there I can only log on for about 5 minutes then I automatically get disconnected. I`ve tried all of my internet options but havn`t found anything that may solve the problem
You can always have OE running minimised and set to 'check for new mail every 4 mins', that used to stop my NTL dial up from disconnecting
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
one possibility is that you have Outlook Express set up to hang up after sending and receiving. To check this - open OE and go to tools > options > click the connections tab and remove the tick from "hang up after sending and receiving" then apply and ok
