I`ve just moved to Orange BB from Tesco BB, but only as I was getting it free as aperk of my mobile contract. Had it not have been free I`d have happily stayed with Tesco. On the odd occasion I had to speak to Customer services there was the usual queing involved on the phone but generally very pleasant and helpful staff able to sort most problems fairly efficiently.
i,ve been with tesco broad band for about a year had no trouble at all have used cusomer care twice by e-mail they respond straight away and reply within 2 days on both issues I am just on there value broadband thats 512kb at £13.97 I am highly delighted with them no thrills and no hassle broadband
