Been with BT for years on Dial up and Broaband and currently paying far too much at 26.99 pm 20gb usage allowance and line will not support more than 512mb.
BT now offer 2gb (which is ok for my needs) 512mb for 9.99 for 6 months and then 17.99 still quite expensive, I cannot have it because I am an existing customer and will have to pay 17.99 straight away but get this, I can cancel lose service for a fortnight, lose my existing email address and rejoin and get a free modem that I do not need all this will cost BT more than the offer! What an abuse of existing customers! I have now asked for a Migration code to join another provider. Lunacy!
