I'm beginning to give up all hope of ever being able to view my monthly statement and phone call list (PipexTalk) on MyPipex. The service has been down for *weeks* and they seem to be really struggling to get it back online. I've even asked for their finance dept to mail me a copy, but that seems to be a problem. Concerned that there's a more serious problem at Pipex that they're keeping quiet about. Anyone else in the same situation?

I would be very suspicious of my next phone bill from them they may not have any records of calls made, but I doubt it, how do you know they haven't just made a guess on previous usage? I would put the request in writing asking for the copy to be mailed to you and send it recorded delivery. Maybe adding that you have asked before and not received any so can you assume they have no records of calls made? it maybe a bit cheeky but you may find out more than you think by asking.

With Pipex Talk it's just a flat £4.99/month and I ususally have only a few £s of non-geographic numbers. I work in IT and for a major system to be down for so long by a commercial organisation just makes me think that the problem is much bigger. Their web services appear to be ok - for now. This is what's been showing (with small updates) for weeks now :- Update: Wednesday 21st June 13:59
My Pipex - Temporary Suspension of My Pipex Services Details
It became necessary to temporarily suspend My Pipex in order to complete essential systems work.
Although work is still ongoing, we are pleased to announce that access to My Pipex is now possible. However, certain features are still unavailable at this time. We anticipate full access to My Pipex to be very soon.
Our Customer Services and Support teams continue to be affected by the essential work. However, we are on hand to help with technical and support issues so if you need assistance, please give us a call or drop us an e-mail. Unfortunately, during the system work we may not be able to make some changes to your account.
Pipex apologises for any inconvenience caused.
