Mouse problem

Accidentally dropped my optical mouse on the floor and now it is very jittery and takes ages to get where i want it to go. Could someone please tell me how i could configure the keyboard to navigate webpages/sites and the Internet. Thanks JB

You could try mouse emulation I have a keyboard & mouse I could sell you that is wireless, cheap?
