They have just posted the sign up link and 1 solitary screen shot for the new Google Spreadsheet Program (ex Writely)
I read on another link that this is a limited Number signup (rumour?)

I am useless with them (Not going to offer an opinion)
If they are good for a university Student? Let us know, then I'll pass it on to my Nephew who is studying for his Masters (in Maths) at Liverpool University

Just got the email about it now inviting me to use the spreadsheet. I had a very quick go and it seems very good, I will give it a better look when it is not so late. Thanks.

Well as you can have 50 collaborators on your spreadsheet and they all get to have a Writely account that way, where's my invite?
