I don't know about the best but I have a cheap USB Freeview stick that works well in my laptop when I’m in good reception areas. Have a look here http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/94486

I had that and could not receive ANY channels, i amn in freeveiw area because we have it in nearly every room, check if you want. NE24 is my postcode
