XP Deletion

I have bought a laptop with supposedly XP home installed, however I do not have the key word and it will not start unless I activate the programme.

I also cannot delete XP Home

How do I delete when windows wont start

First off where did you purchase the laptop from? Secondly did you get any restore CD's or original installation discs?
