Hi darkdrummer,
Had a quick look at your homepage my initial reaction was..

#1) The colours seem to work well, I have recently changed my site to white/green text on black background as this was easy on the eye. The blend of red into black on the header & footer works well for me. However the red picture (site name) at the top was a little overkill for me. A little too much red now. Maybe a black background with a dark red/green/purple name or logo would better suit the style. you can get custom logo's free from sites that have been mentioned here before.

#2) The server stats was a bit intrusive for me, although this can be valuable to many people, personally I couldn't care less for them & feel it much better if they are kept towards the bottom of the page along with any other site info.
People will come to read your great site content, not to read how good you server/host is. This column could be used for something a lot more useful, just like you have done on the right hand side.

#3) If possible you need to squeeze all the links on to one line.
Not a major problem this was probably just a sizing error. The navigation style worked well for me though.(once the links are on . )

#4) I was really disappointed not to find any reference to DRUMS on there!?!
from the name of your site I has at least hoping for some photo's of drum kits etc. especially after seeing the sticks on the top of the page.
Maybe this is more a reference to your own hobbies or possibly a nickname?

Overall you have a good starting point I have found you will probably change the layout & colours more than the content, but sticking to red & black throughout the site should work well for you.

Well Done
Keep up the good work

well its not bad but the logo is a bit pixely (design the logo bigger) and the red black are nice but try white and blue or somthing like that(light blue). Also i assume you know javascript(you have a popup menu) so head off too
script.aculo.us or moofx or
dojo toolkit
for some silky smooth ajax and animated effects with minimal javascript needed. these will spice up your website bigtime. Overall very good a great start

I'm 13 aswell but ive been doin web design 4 quite a bit now.
