Nero Startsmart - DVD

Hi, I was wondering, I have Nero stratsmart and I set it up properly and it says it is burning to DVD but then I try to play it and it doesn't work. Any ideas why? Help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to play the DVD on, if your using a DVD player then it may not be possible because not all DVD players have support for DVD+/-RW disks.
