Hi. I have a free yahoo e-mail account, which I have been using for several years with no problems, till this morning. When I get spam, I never open them. I check the box next to the offending e-mail, and click the spam button, job done, normally, but not this morning. I had 3 spams, and checked them, and clicked spam, but only 2 have been deleted, the 3rd one refuses to budge. As this is a free account, I don't think there is any support, so I was wondering if any of you guys could help. This is the address of the sender: rjverbwjvg@ hotmail.com

One possibility is that you have 100 addresses already blocked and thus Yahoo mail can't delete that particular mail and add the sender to the blocked list. Theres 2 ways to overcome it, if thats the problem. 1) To remove some blocked addresses from the list of blocked addresses and 2) to upgrade to that Yahoo Plus!.
The 1st option is definetly the cheaper of the two.
Admit nothing, deny everything and make counter-accusations

put a tick in the box beside the email and click on delete.

I'm afraid it's not the blocked address that is the problem. Have plenty of room in there. I can delete it ok, but I would have preferred to have reported it as spam, as that way, I would have had it added to my blocked list. Must be some kind of real smart e-mail. Anyway, thanks for your time guys. I shall just delete it, and see what happens.

This is a problem with your email provider and nothing you personally can do about it. All I can suggest is that if this happens again, contact the provider and explain the problem to them.
At least you can still delete it.
