creating divx files

im using 'imToo' software to create divx files from dvds, however the quality isnt as great as i would like, ive tried playing around with the settings, but was wondering if there is better software around, as the files i download are encoded at a much better quality

You may as well use the proper tools, DivX Craete Bundle
